Sir Andrew Morris OBE
Sir Andrew is widely regarded as one of the most successful and longest-serving hospital CEOs in the NHS. His commitment to quality and safety as CEO of Frimley Health is legendary, spanning from 1991 to 2018. Known for his commitment to mentoring and growing future leaders, he took up a Non-Exec position at NHS Improvement in 2018.
Andrew will support our team on hospital redesign, strategy, and our quality and safety work.
Aruna is a leading thinker on risk and governance in financial services.
Born in Sri Lanka and educated in India, and Kings College London, Aruna has an extensive career in risk, governance and controls in the banking and finance sector, most latterly as Managing Director and Global Head Of Operational Controls at JP Morgan.
She is currently Vice-chair of the Board at The Kemnal Academies Trust, member of the Housing Board, Audit and Treasury committees at Clarion Housing, Chair of People and Organisational Development at Epsom St Helier NHS Trust.
Aruna will support our growing work in the financial services sector and continue our work with health and social care boards.
Stephen Bridges LVO
A former Ambassador, Stephen is one of the UK’s most outstanding civil servants.
In his 30 year career as a Diplomat, Stephen has served the Government of the United Kingdom in both Africa and Asia, to include posts as British Ambassador to Cambodia, and Acting and Deputy High Commissioner, Consul General, and Trade & Investment Director to Bangladesh.
Stephen served as Consul General in Chicago, Illinois until August 2017. Formerly, he was in London leading on organisational design and workforce issues for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office from 2011 until 2013. From 2007 to 2011 he was in the private sector working with renewable energy and natural resources companies.
Stephen has extensive private sector experience and holds an International Relations degree from the University of London and an MA in Asian Pacific Studies from the University of Leeds.
Stephen will deliver our international governance and leadership development, and will support our growing links in the United States.
Linda is uniquely placed to understand the growing integration of health and social care. Holding executive positions in local government and the NHS, Linda has a national reputation for developing strategy and clinical transformation. Taking on regional roles in assurance and delivery, Linda has delivered major capital allocations and successful public consultations. Most latterly as Chief Officer responsible for the £650m budget of Wiltshire, Linda has demonstrated her expert ability to manage at scale.
Linda will work with the team on strategic planning, assurance and the reform agenda.
