Margaret is a qualified executive coach and has experience as a Master NLP Practitioner, equipping her to speed rapport and collaborate effectively with groups, particularly with Board members.
Specialising in group facilitation, business modelling, and behavioural change allows Margaret to quickly develop the required in depth understanding of Client’s issues and opportunities.
Over the past 20 years she has designed and delivered organisational development programmes for a variety of global companies across the banking sector, retail and the NHS.
She combines both practicality and innovation when partnering with Senior Leadership Teams to help them speed change and deliver results through people.
Prior to specialising in learning and development Margaret held several Senior Leadership roles across the service industry, working with North West Electricity and Arcadia Group.
