Lorraine Flower

Lorraine brings 20 years’ ​service industry ​experience through her senior ​leadership roles at British ​Airways (BA) and Great North ​Eastern Railway (GNER). She spent ​17 years with BA, the last 10 in senior executive roles, followed by three years as Marketing and Sales Director for GNER, leading its transformation into one of the UK’s leading train operators and creating a blueprint for employee involvement.​

Lorraine has spent the last 20+ years in organisational development. Empathetic in her work with senior leaders, Lorraine weaves high level, practical experience into compelling interventions – strategic counsel, organisation and leadership development, group facilitation or one to one coaching. She also works and studies extensively in developing and exploring conscious leadership.
