Deborah Jaines

Deborah has over 30 years experience throughout the NHS, principally in commissioning, having held the position of Director of Procurement and Strategy at a PCT.

Proficient in strategic planning and service transformation, Deborah facilitated the development of Clinical Commissioning Groups. Deborah was also a Chief Operating Officer in one of the Nottinghamshire CCG's.

As a Director in NHS England, Deborah was responsible for negotiating and implementing annual service improvements to the contracts for General Practice and Community Pharmacy.​​

Deborah led a number of challenging service configurations as Deputy Managing Director of Nottinghamshire ICS.  She led the development of strategy, working with all system partners to strengthen governance during the ICS's establishment.
