Aruna Mehta

Aruna is widely regarded as a leading thinker on risk and governance in financial services.

Born in Sri Lanka and educated in India, and Kings College London, Aruna has an extensive career in risk, governance and controls in the banking and finance sector, most latterly as Managing Director and Global Head Of Operational Controls at JP Morgan.

She currently holds non-exec positions at Epsom St Helier NHS Trust, Tavistock and Portman Foundation Trust, and Clarion Housing Association. Aruna is also a governor at the University of Greenwich.

Aruna will support our growing work in the financial services sector and continue our work with health and social care boards.
