With experience spanning being Accountable Officer for three CCGs with a budget of >£450m serving nearly 0.5m people, Alan is no stranger to managing complexity.
He led the three organisations from set up to successful delivery, establishing strong partnerships and leading a significant redesign of the provider landscape.
Alan’s super-power is helping organisations navigate complex change. He is skilled at helping systems work together to find innovative solutions and has worked with clinical and management professionals, board members, and politicians to deliver change across services and organisations.
He’s also a qualified coach and facilitator, with more than 20 years of board-level experience in the NHS.
