Regional structure strengthened as growth continues

Two more senior people have joined thevaluecircle’s as the specialist management consultancy continues to grow.

Tim Loveridge joins as the firm’s third regional director. He will be responsible for clients and business development along the south coast and Home Counties. Tim has extensive experience in healthcare and business development, having worked in roles spanning service delivery, commissioning, business development and strategy.

Former CCG Accountable Officer Alan Webb is another high-quality addition to the senior associate team. Oxford-based Alan brings expertise in leading complex change and experience of working across systems. He will be a huge asset as thevaluecircle continues to support the development of Integrated Care Systems across England.

Both Tim and Alan will start work on live projects straight away, and the appointments reflect thevaluecircle’s commitment to always having the right blend of expertise and experience on the team.

And with three regional directors now in post, David Cockayne will become chief executive, reflecting the expansion of the business.

With experience spanning being Accountable Officer for three CCGs with a budget of >£450m serving nearly 0.5m people, Alan is no stranger to managing complexity. He led the three organisations from set up to successful delivery, establishing strong partnerships and leading a significant redesign of the provider landscape.

Alan excels at helping organisations navigate complex change. He is skilled at helping systems work together to find innovative solutions and has worked with clinical and management professionals, board members, and politicians to deliver change across services and organisations.

He’s also a qualified coach and facilitator, with more than 20 years of board-level experience in the NHS.

Similarly, Tim has nearly 20 years’ healthcare experience, holding senior positions across the NHS and independent sector spanning service delivery, commissioning, business development and strategy.

Most recently he has been managing director for clinical services for a UK healthcare provider, and hospital business development director for a national pathology company. Tim has also been director of business development and strategy at East Midlands Ambulance NHS Trust, leading the development of the trust’s five-year strategy, contracting with commissioners, and wider integration into healthcare systems.

In addition, Tim is a trustee and governance lead for a charity which runs community groups to provide advice, encouragement, and support for people living with long-term conditions.
