As its growth continues at pace, specialist management consultancy thevaluecircle has announced Mark Saunders as its new regional director – north, increasing the range of client support and depth of impact.
As a former regional lead at AstraZeneca, Mark has more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, having led several business units for the international PLC.
Mark says: “Getting to know the team and the business’s values while working as an associate has been instrumental in my decision to join thevaluecircle full time. This is an organisation with a real client focus, and that ethos shows in the growth numbers too.
“I’ve been enjoying working on client projects, helping organisations tackle the difficult stuff they need support with. Adding my sector knowledge and experience to that of the existing team means I’m confident that the fast pace of growth will continue.”
thevaluecircle’s managing partner, David Cockayne, says: “Mark is a brilliant addition to the team and the creation of the regional director post reflects our growth situation and the need to structure our internal team to position us to continue on that trajectory.
“His calm and reflective approach, plus easy manner with clients even when supporting them in the most difficult of circumstances, are a fantastic addition to our team.
“thevaluecircle has just passed its fourth anniversary, and growth in demand for our services continues to rise, as public and private sector clients look for that bespoke experience. This year has already been another great one, so we’ll be continuing to add to the team as the right people come along.”
The regional director post will be responsible for client engagement, service delivery and working with thevaluecircle’s in-house and associate teams to solve client problems. Mark will cover our clients across the north, with thevaluecircle partner Tom Mytton taking on the lead role for the Midlands and the south.
This announcement comes off the back of thevaluecircle confirming two permanent posts in analyst and administrator roles – plus another associate consultant just last month.
